Drama Theatre Named After V. Vagharshyan

Back in 1888, Gorsi V. Vagharshyan State Drama Theater. The theater's schedule includes Gabriel Sundukyan's "Another Victim",  Muratsan's "Rozan", Shirvanzade's "Namus", Vagharshyan's "The Ring" and many other favorite plays.
The theater had a short break and reopened in 1985. One can remember the first performance that was staged after opening, it was Vahram Papazyan's "Rock" performances.
The theater had a talented cast, including V. Khurshudyan, M. Ghazaryan, S. Khorenyan, R. Musayelyan, V. Arakelyan, G. Gevorgyan, Zareh Ter-Karapetyan. Among the directors, we can remember S. Manucharyan, Ts. Soghomonyan, B. Shakaryan and other people.
